Why do my email subscribers do not get posts delivered?
-
I often have people say that they do not get any of my posts delivered, or that some posts are delivered, but some are not. They check their junk mail, and it is not there. They check their spam checker and wordpress is not listed as a spam sender. They try to subscribe again, but they are notified that they are already a subscriber. BUT they still DO NOT get my posts delivered to their email inbox.
Please help sort out this problem for my readers!
Thank you,
Katherine

It depends on how they manage their blog subscriptions, which can be found in their subscription settings. Please forward them to this guide to learn more about subscriptions.

Thanks for your reply. However, most of my subscribers are not members of the WordPress community – they have simply subscribed by signing up with Feedburner so your recommendations to visit those support sites would not apply to them. What can someone do if they are having trouble with this and not a member of WordPress?
thank you!

I have another question – is there any way to know who is subscribing via Feedburner? I always get notification that someone has unsubscribed to my blog, but I never know who are my subscribers.
thanks,
Katherine

Unfortunately, we have no control over Feedburner, so there’s no way to see who’s subscribed through it.
If they have signed up through Feedburner and are not receiving emails, they should contact Feedburner’s support dept.
