Why do my images dim when cursor goes over them?

    I have made sure my photos are edited properly so as to avoid dim lighting etc but all this is reversed when the cursor lands on the image! So it makes it seem like it’s a low lighting image when in fact it isn’t. How to get rid of this problem?
