Why do my images show up in my post edit screen but don't in the preview screen?

  I am having a couple problems with my blog.

  1. I have uploaded pictures and they appear on my post edit screen, but once I click the ‘preview’ button they show up as little question marks. How do I make them appear on the actual post? Also, I have a slideshow on that same post, is there a way to omit certain images from the gallery so that they do not appear in the slideshow? Or do you just have to delete them from the gallery?

  2. I inserted a ‘gallery’ of pictures into one of my pages. I would like to link these pictures to their corresponding posts. I tried typing in the url on the edit screen but the link address will not save. How do I link the individual images in my gallery to their corresponding post addressees?

  Do you also encounter this issue in a different browser? for example Firefox or Google Chrome? Also make sure you are running the latest browser version.

  You can exclude images from the gallery by using a gallery shortcode, please read this guide to learn more about it. Scroll up that page to learn how to to add galleries and link the thumbnails to their attachment page.
