Why do my page headings appear twice in the header?

  It looks like there are a few duplicates in your custom menu. You can fix this via your Appearance -> Menus page by removing the extra “Work Samples,” “The Eyes Have It,” and “You Know What I Mean Though, Right?” from your menu.
