Why do my pictures come out tilted?

  My picture do not come out straight When I upload my pictures in to my posts, they’re are straight. Even on my own laptop they are straight. But when others visit my website and go to my post, my pictures are all tilted and only half of them show. How is this possible and how can I resolve this?
