Why do my popups not appear when I publish them?

    I’ve published popups on the home page of our website before, and it worked just fine. But for some reason when I publish it now, it doesn’t appear. I did the exact same thing as last time, where I chose for my display settings singular > pages > homepage

    It sounds like the popup settings are correct, so a couple of other things might be preventing it from showing now:

    1. Caching – Your browser or the site itself may still be serving an older cached version of the homepage. Try clearing your browser cache or check in an incognito/private window.
    2. Plugin conflicts – If you’ve added or updated plugins since last time, one of them might be blocking the popup. Temporarily disable other plugins to test.
    3. Theme or homepage changes – If the homepage template or settings were updated, the popup’s targeting rule may no longer recognize it as the “homepage.” Double-check the page assignment in your popup settings.
    4. Display frequency/conditions – Some popup tools won’t re-show if you’ve previously closed them. Clear cookies or adjust the frequency settings to test
