Why do my posts keep getting deleted?

  After I have written a post and added my photos, I click Save Draft.
  Then my entire post is deleted.

  System
  Windows Vista
  IE 8.0.6001

  Can you walk me through what you’re doing? Can you give me an example of the title of the post in question?

  When you say ‘deleted’ can you describe what happens? Does this happen in other browsers? When did this start?
