Why do my 'rating' and 'Top 5'- pictures blow up, please?

    Hey,
    On my film blog I have a rating for each movie which is basically a picture with 5 stars (few/all of them are gold depending on the quality of the movie).

    On some computers (at work & elsewhere) these picture blow up to the point where they become super-big in size.
    Also: when I scroll with my mouse whilst pressing CTRL, the entire blog becomes bigger – and so does the rating star picture! – but when making the blog smaller again, the rating star picture remains huge. (I have to press F5 to return it to normal size).

    The same is with my Top 5-pictures (made in Powerpoint and copied onto my blog).

    How do I keep my rating star-pictures and my Powerpoint-made Top 5-images from blowing up on other computers, please?
    It all looks so neat on my PC, but elsewhere it becomes a random junk of pictures, spread all over the page.
