Why do my "tags" and "Posted In" not take me to other people's blog?

Why do my “tags” and “Posted In” not take me to other people’s blog like it used to? Now it only takes me right back to my own site. David Cook at adventofmessiah (email visible only to moderators and staff)

In 2011 WordPress changed the tags and categories link in the post area to direct only to your local tags and categories pages on your own blog. You can still get to the listings of global tags when logged in:
http://en.wordpress.com/tag/books/
To get to other tags pages, just replace “books” between the backslashes with the tag you want to view.
