  Why do not they load the tools of PERSONALIZING?

  Do you mean the customiser by any chance?

  You have a direct access to it through this address, providing you have username and password to log in:

  Hello, thank you very much. Lamentably the same thing happens, manages to “personalize”, but they do not load the tools

  Which tools are you wanting to access that are not properly loading? Is it the customization options (e.g. custom design, site title, tagline, and logo, theme options, social links) that are not working ?
