Why do people deleted from private blog still get an email when I post?
-
I am testing a new private blog. I signed up for a new user ID under another email address to test various functions. Later, I deleted that user, but I am still getting the email notice to that user when I post something. This won’t work when I invite people to my site. I don’t foresee having to delete anyone, but if I did, I wouldn’t want them to be reading my posts in their email.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Update: I realized that I didn’t delete my test user after all. I did, however, delete another user that my sister used to help me experiment. She doesn’t get the emails any more, but she is still showing up under my community widget. From the link timethief posted, it seems like there is not a way to remove a user from that? Thank you rootjosh & timethief for your help.

I was wondering if that was what happened as I could see an account that looked very much like it was probably your test account.
