why do photos duplicate themselves?

  I’m trying to add media to my blog/site which I’ve done many times before. For some reason when I add different photos, I update the page and it all looks correct in the editor, then I open a new browser window and one photo is repeated in the various spots I tried to insert other photos. This has happened on a few different pages on my blog/site. See Programs and also Home. What’s going on? can you help?
