Why do RSS feeds not update on post

That last few post I have made randomly do not updated in the RSS feeds .Some do most don’t, even though the actual post shows up on my blog page. I have subscribed thru IE and Outlook to verify. Also they do not show up in the RSS section on the WordPress site either.
I have it set at Code Project to pick up the feed and it isn’t showing up there either.
I am using Live Writer for creating my blog post. I’ve checked what Few settings there are on the site and can not find anything that would seem to cause a problem. Since i don’t see the server side I can’t Debug the problem from here.

The most recent post on your blog is “Another Way To Get Windows XP OS Bit Version in VB.Net” followed by “Converting VB Script To VB.Net” way back in november.
Both are in your feed, and there’s nothing wrong with the feed itself. http://pcsxcetrasupport3.wordpress.com/feed/
If you aren’t getting new post notifications in your feed readers, I’d suspect the readers themselves.

I still have 1 dated November 12th Titled Convert VB Script to V.Net . That is missing from the feed. It showed up fine on Blog page but does not actually show up on the feed.
Not sure what happened on that one. After a few days of not showing up i tried tweaking the settings then set them back where they were.If you hit the RSS Link on your blog Page It should show the last Post you made even if it was a few minuets before Correct ?
The default RSS setting are for checking 1 time a day so within 2 days the feed should show on any IE Viewer.

After lookIng into it a little further that was the only Post that had a “Ping Back” to another post. It had set there for a few days before I discovered it, not that i knew what a “Ping Back ” was at the time.
Would this waiting for approval have caused a problem with the ability to submit the post to the RSS aggregator ? -
The problem is definitely in whatever you’re using to read the feed.

I recommend trying another reader, or contacting whoever developed the one you’re using.

I’m not sure what page your looking at but my “Converting VB Script To VB.Net” does not show up on

try doing a search even.
It dosent matter because a Code Project Editor got it and posted it for me anyway.
