Why do subscribers receive blank or messed up formatted posts?

Subscribers complaining that the last two posts I’ve sent them have been blank inside. Also one person received a scrambled format inside. This is not good as these posts contained info important to subscribers.

We recently switched all of our emails over to HTML, which has caused some display problems with older email clients. Would you happen to know what Internet browser and webmail client these subscribers are using so I can pass that information onto our team?
If not, no worries! We are currently working on a fix for this issue either way :)

Google Chrome and cox.net had an html format issue
Blank email was comcast.net webmail; checking for browser; will let you know.

When will these issues be resolved? Is there an option I can use to send my post in plain text until you get this fixed?
