why do the fields on the contact us form show my values

  I insert a contact us module on a web page and then publish the page. Then I view the page which shows my information in the name, email, and web site fields? How do I remove this information from being displayed. I want my users to see a blank field available to enter there information.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Howdy @66mustangconvertible!

  WordPress uses cookies to keep track of people who comment so if someone posts a comment on your blog, the next time they come to your blog, unless they have cleared their cookies, WordPress.com will recognize them and complete the details for them. No one else will be able to view those details in comment boxes or in contact forms. The next person who comments will see blank fields. Commenters will not see each other’s details.
