Why do the 'free' themes not display as they should.

    First of all I have a problem with my menu displaying pages. But then I have a problem with getting support to address the problem in a timely method…I have to wait for days for a response and this is a site I paid money to you for. This is a business and I am trying to upgrade/tweak the site to promote certain aspects of my service, and the ‘theme’ (?) will not display. Now I have to go in and find a different theme to “re-boot” the pages so they are displayed properly and all of this takes time I did not think I would be devoting to this silly problem. By myself I might add. Not Happy.

    You paid for a domain name and that’s what you have. Your blog is a free blog and it is being free hosted.
