why do users which I've added NOT show up on the list of ALL USERS ?

  I invited 4 people to join as “followers”, All accepted, and your list of invitees indicates that 3 were now subscribed. A fourth person accepted, but your system has not yet recognized that person’s acceptance. That one is still “waiting”.

  But the other 3 who accepted and were verified by your system still do not show up under “ALL USERS”

  WHY? What can I do?

  There apparently haven’t been any invites sent from the blog you linked to. Specifically, which blog were you referring to?

  Also, keep in mind that Users invited as just Viewers will not appear in the Users list.
