Why do videos play in media library, but some not on webpage?

We are noticing that some of our videos are not playing on our webpage, but they play in media library. How can we rectify the issues, please?

The video at http://wbc3670.wordpress.com/video-library/ seems to be playing properly.

Thank you for your reply. Actually it was the last two or three vids on the bottom of the page, but lo, and behold, they are both working now.
We had uploaded them 1-18 hours ago. Does it normally take awhile before they do start working? If so, then we wont worry about it.

Yeah, it can sometimes take a while to process depending on the size and the original format, though it should only take about an hour, maybe 2 or 3 if you’re lucky.
