Why does a header show upon a static page when one hasn't been typed??

    I cannot get this to stop.

    On page https://en.forums.wordpress.com/forum/support, I typed in the following:

    The Church of St. John The Evangelist
    35 Bowdoin St.
    Boston MA 02114

    Phone: 617-227-5242

    But it shows up like so:

    Contact us

    The Church of St. John The Evangelist
    35 Bowdoin St.
    Boston MA 02114

    Phone: 617-227-5242

    How to I get rid of “Contact us” even though I never typed it? I made made numerous attempts to fix it by discarding the page and re-creating it, emptying the trash to permanently discard the page, emptying the cache, and rebooting the computer, but it still keeps happening. The site is http://floundah2013.wordpress.com/.

    This did not happen on the home page.
