Why does a page I created not show up on my blog?

  I have created a page and it does not display as a tab in my blog ‘bloggingdaybyday’. In my first blog I had no problem with the page displaying. Does this have anything to do with the ‘theme’ I have chosen? Not sure how to get the page to display – please help.
