Why does a picture keep appearing in the background of my dashboard?

Over the last day, a picture is on the background of my dashboard and blogs I follow page. What is causing this and how can it be fixed?

Please post screenshot. You can use http://snag.gy/ to share screenshots. Or you can use the WordPress.com guide I linked to and upload it to your Media Library, and return to this thread to provide the file name so Staff can examine it. Yes, it looks like it’s the same issue. Please try clearing your browser cache, and if that doesn’t work, please post in the thread I linked previously so I can keep track of all of the reports.
