Why does a post not show up in WordPress search?

  Why does my post not show up when I search for it on WordPress? I noticed traffic was down severly this week and its because we are not included in the Naruto Manga 352 search for wordpress while others are… We didn’t spam tag or anything that we don’t normally do… what’s up?
