Why does a thumbnail not appear on my blog post when I try and share to Facebook

  When sharing my blog post to Facebook, I would like an image to be visible on the shared link. How can I make my header picture be the thumbnail featured?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there. WordPress.com has no control over this. Facebook decides which image to display. See here for more information: https://en.support.wordpress.com/facebook-image-thumbnail/

  The only way to control it is to upload your image to Facebook manually and then add the link to your blog.
