Why does blogger out draw wordpress by a margin of over two to one.

    I have two blogs one with wordpress another with blogger.
    For the past year I’ve kept count of the hits on each.
    Blogger wins by over a two to one margin, why?
    I really like wordpress, but when the same posts are drawing readers by a margin of over two to one why do I waste my time on wordpress ?

    WordPress powers most of the sites available on the Internet.

    No, it doesn’t. It powers most of the NEW sites.

    If you have two identical blogs, there’s a clear reason why the newer one doesn’t do so well: because being a duplicate, it has been marked as spam by search engines. It’s also against the terms of service here to have a public blog that’s a duplicate of an external website, so you’d best set it to Private anyway, before it gets suspended.
