Why does Chrome stop displaying wordpress.com favicon?

  Hi Vijay – I see your favicon in Chrome. Try clearing your browser cache if you still don’t see it. You can upload a new favicon here:
  https://mrpalsmy.wordpress.com/wp-admin/options-general.php

  Hi Eurello, greetings from Malaysia and I am happy to hear from you and thank you for your kindness.

  I had continued to google to find a solution, and yesterday evening here, I stumbled upon one of Worpress.com support pages which explained about Blavatar. I download a wordpress image file and uploaded from my blog using the instructions at http://en.support.wordpress.com/avatars/blavatars/,
  and I managed to get the favicon on my Chrome bookmarks bar once again. I do not know how the favicon had gone missing one fine day.

  I had tried deleting the favicon file as well as clearing my browser cache many times, but it never worked.
