Why does dashboard take so long to load

  My dashboard has just take 1m46s to load and frequently takes a minute or more after publishing a post or arriving fresh at WordPress. What can I do to improve this when I’m on a 20Meg connection and two minutes ago Speedtest.net showed I was receiving more than 13Mbps?

  It means that at this point in time you don’t have an ISP issue or proxy server issue.

  Ok thanks. Sounds as if the problem may be on my own Mac.
