Why does every link on my blog link to the signup page?

  permalinks link to create new blog page and new blog posts, as well as the link at the top of the page with my blog name are listed as some variation of this “https://en.wordpress.com/signup/?blog=1”.

  Please HELP!!!! My permalink is set to https://en.wordpress.com/signup/?blog=1/ and I can’t change it!!!!

  There’s a wide-spread technical “invalid activation key” issue evidenced by the multiple active threads on the front page of this forum and beyond all reporting the same issue. All have been flagged for Staff attention. That’s what you need help with and I suggest taking a break for a few hours and return. Hopefully, Staff will have fixed this by then.

  Sorry for the trouble!

  We identified and corrected the issue. The affected blogs are each being fixed individually.

  If yours has not been fixed yet, it should be in a few hours.

  They got around to mine earlier this afternoon and I created the blog yesterday. Everything is back in working order so if you just give it time, I’m sure they will fix the error on your page as well.

  certainly hope so, I just figured my chances would be better if they know mine’s affected too, since it seems to be a manual fix (?) :)

  The script running to fix all of the affected blogs failed about half-way through.

  We are already aware of all affected blogs, so if yours has not been fixed yet, it will be in a few hours.
