Why does file in my domain on Blue host not come up on screen when click URL?

  I have uploaded a file to my blog on bluehost. When I click on the URL for the file in my blog, I get Error 404. This occurs only for this particular file.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I have uploaded a file to my domain on Blue Host. It shows up in the public_html folder there. But when I click on the URL for the file in my blog, I get error 404. This occurs only for this particular file.
