Why does font size appear different on IE vs. Forefox

  I use HTML header tags (e.g. <h3>) and noticed that the font size is significantly different when viewed on Internet Explorer vs. Firefox. Is there a reason?

  I know that much. But is there anything I can do to adjust? It really looks quite odd on IE

  The only thing I can think of is to not use h3
