Why does i not have plugins section?

  Hey! i am having a free wordpress user and thinking about upgrading to premium. But.. I am not having a plugin section? is it just because i am having the free version. Does i get the plugin section when i buy premium?

  does it come if i map a domain to my free wordpress site?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  That capability does not exist on WordPress.COM blogs if what you mean is you want to hand out username accounts and passwords. For that type of functionality you’d need a self-hosted site running on a paid web hosting service.

  There is no FTP access and no blogger installed plugin capability on any free hosted WordPress.COM blogs and there is no upgrade you can purchase here that changes that reality.
