Why does it say 'Edit entry' on my pages?

    why can other people edit my pages? How can I turn this function off. I want to be the only person who can edit the pages on the website.

    Also on the blog page there content does not display correctly. On the RHS Recent Posts information is shown twice in two separate columns alongside the actual blog. How do I correct this problem?

    Hey there,

    The reason you see the edit entry link is because you are currently logged into your WordPress.com account. No one else is able to see that link and edit your page content. The only way they are able to is if they are logged in under your account on their computer. Once you log out of your account, you will be unable to see the link as well.
