Why does it say I "like"my own blog post?

    I keep getting an email that I myself “liked” one of my posts, though I never click “like” for it. So I go in an “unlike” it. A few days later, I again get an email saying that I “like” it. Why / how does it do that automatically? Any way to stop it? Thanks.

    Hi there,

    Your posts do not get liked by you automatically, however you can like them through means other than just by clicking on them in your blog. For example, if you are a user of the WordPress.com Reader, you can like posts through that. If you are liking posts through that you might be accidentally liking your own posts as well.
