Why does it say my blog has been deleted when I did not fully consent to this?

    I started the process of deleting my extra blog (not my primary) and it said a confirmation email was sent as a final check to make sure I actually wanted to delete my blog. I did some research and found out that this would delete both my secondary and primary blog and so did not click the confirmation link in the confirmation email, therefore not consenting to the permanent deletion of my blog. Now, my blog has had issues loading some of the buttons and when I click them it transports me to a page that tells me the blog has been deleted, but I did not consent to this in the final confirmation email. What is going on?
