Why does it say Unpaid?

wanted to update on the situation, the site still says unpaid and no money come through yet. is it possible to check my site and see if there’s any problem with the payment regardless please?

Hi there,
Pending is where a user is waiting to receive payment because their site hasn’t reached the $100 threshold vs unpaid where general payments have not been processed for that particular month yet. In this case, you have surpassed the $100 threshold, but payments for January have not been issued yet, which is why you see unpaid.

just the quick question how the other months it said Pending and not Unpaid. that’s all -
Sometimes, there is a general delay in the status update for Wordads in our system. So, when you surpassed the pending status, you might still see pending under your account. You may also see unpaid status for a while even after you receive the funds from us.
However, I believe that during the last update, you were past the pending threshold, and in addition, since payments are being issued pretty late for January, everyone who is past the $100 threshold for January should see the unpaid status at this point.

the mail that will get this month payment is the current one i’ve set right? i changed it but i hope it was before it got read by the system for the current payment

Are you referring to the hotmail.it email? It is updated in our system, so that is the PayPal account that the funds should be sent to.

on tstotopix? cause early there was mike’s one. wanted confirmation if jan.’s money would go to the hotmail one
