Why does it take 20 minutes to execute a simple command on my blog?

  I’ve been having trouble accessing my blog, theintermediateperiod.wordpress.com since May 29. When it does allow me sign in, it is incredibly slow (10 minutes between pressing “Edit” and the editing page popping up, 10 minutes to reach the “Support” page from my blog, etc.) This will be my second attempt at posting this on the support forum. These messages pop up at the bottom of the screen “Transferring data from s0.wp.com…” or “Transferring date from S2.wp.com.” What is going on and how can I fix this problem?
