Why does it tell me i am doing something "illegal"?

Hey I am having difficulties with importing/exporting the whole content of my blog : I just wanted to move everything from moodsonboard.wordpress.com to my new blog : thefashionworkout.wordpress.com, I actually just wanted to change the name of the website so as i ddnt figure out if this is actually possible i decided to make a new blog with the “new name” and simpy import the old content..? Now I get a message that i did something “illegal” please help!

The suspension notice / Banner has a “click here to contact us” you need to contact the Terms of Service people with that link to ask them – that link should always work.
