Why does link tab in text and visual editors not give me the pop up to add URL?

The link tab in both the visual and the text editors are not giving me the popup to add the URL. I have not had any problems with this to date? I do not understand why suddenly it is not working. Please help me asap,..Thank you, Gerard

I have tested this feature on my site and it works fine. This sounds like an issue with your browser. Have you tried using a different browser? Also, consider checking out this article about dealing with browser issues.
Finally, if it is still an issue, what site are you having issues with?

Have you first selected the text or image that you want to link, then tried clicking the link tab?

Yes, I highlighted the text, and then tried the tabs in both visual and text formats. I finally added the html manually to get my post up. I have not had any issues like this before until tonight. I also tried it with 3 different browsers, Firefox,Chrome, and Explorer. I checked for popup blockers, etc,..nothing. I am baffled,,but thank you for the fast replies.
