Why does "My Activity" fail to show all of my replies?

  The “comments I have made” always shows my replies and the follow on comments. But “My Activity” sometimes does not show my replies — could it be it does not show replies that are still in moderation? I still want to see the replies under moderation since it might be an indication the blogger did not like my comment or is just not checking the blog very often.
