Why does my blog display improperly?

  Hi. IDKY this is happening. (i.e., outside the boundaries of the Capoverso theme)? I tried refreshing the page, clearing cache and cookies but it did not help.

  Hi Joanne,

  It looks like you have pasted the post from another blog and have some HTML code in their that is controlling the size of the post. Here is a screenshot of the HTML code that needs to be removed:

  You’ll want to go into Text/HTML mode and remove this code. You may also wish to paste the post in as text and then add the formatting to prevent the code from being imported.

  Hi bdukes,

  I write all my posts in word then copy and paste into WP. (Unless I copied and pasted an existing draft onto a NEW post page? That’s possible, but I don’t remember doing so.

  I know next-to-nothing about code, so your screenshot was really helpful. The problem persisted a little lower down the post. Not exactly sure what I did (i.e., I think the ‘more’ bubble at the top of the TEXT screen had something to do with it), but it looks good right now.

  Hi Joanne,

  What I would recommend is this:

  1. Copy the content into a text editor like Notepad
  2. Remove all content from the page (Go into Text mode and make sure it’s all gone) .
  3. Use the paste as text button to add the content from notepad.

  4. Click the “Update” button on the post
