Why does my blog have this information on it and how do I remove it?

when I look at my blog, it looks like this:

It looks like you’ve copied text from Microsoft Word, which can sometimes cause issues, since MS Word and WordPress handle formatting of text differently. I’d suggest either copying the text into a plain text editor (like NotePad for Windows, or TextEdit on Mac), or use the Paste From Word option:
