Why does my blog keep going down?

It keeps going down which does not look professional

This is the error message i am getting
Unable to load the web page because the server sent no data.
Error code: ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE -
I’m not aware of any outages of WordPress.com. Are you sure it isn’t your internet connection?

I can confirm that it is not an IP/ISP issue as i can connect on minute then not the next.
I can current connect however would like it if someone at WordPress would look into this

Sorry for the trouble you are having. I have some questions to help us hopefully figure out what the problem is:
1) Does this problem *only* happen in Chrome? Have you tried Firefox or Internet Explorer?
2) Are you using Internet Download Manager? If so, there is a thread here that might be helpful – http://windowssecrets.com/forums/showthread.php/145101-Latest-Chrome-Error-324-Empty-Response-unable-to-load-page Specifically the part about disabling “Advanced Browser Integration”
3) Can you access HTTPS for any site? For example, does https://www.google.com/ load for you? -
I’m having the exact same problem. Sometimes it loads, but really slowly, and other times it doesn’t, saying it’s unavailable.
