Why Does My Header Banner Image Disappear From Time To Time?

  I’m Using An Image For My Header And The Image Keeps Disappearing After A Certain Amount of Time… In The Instructions On How To Upload An Image It States, “Images of exactly 950 × 200 pixels will be used as-is.” But I Find This Not To Be True Because It Still Prompts Me To Crop It Instead of Just Loading Straight To My Blog… What Am I Doing Wrong?

  I Resized The Photo Dozens of Times But The Crop Box Was Always Small Than The Image… Could Never Get The Crop Box Around The Whole Pic… Never Encountered This Issue Before…

  The Image Is Not Round… It Is 1200 x 217 And I Resized It To 950 x 200…
