why does my header photo on my post not show up in the subject feed and other bloggers' photos

  My single header photo inserted at the top of my posts directly beneath the title, does not show up in the tagged subject feeds and other bloggers’ photos do.

  Not a proper header, because I don’t want the same image on every post. I insert a photo at the top of each post and it is not showing up in the subject feed for my tagged subjects.
