Why Does my home page say Sorry, no posts matched your criteria

  My new blog does not show any posts on the home page, just the message “Sorry, no posts matched your criteria”.

  I have my settings to show the latest posts, but for some reason it is not.

  I’m sure it is something very simple that I am missing. Suggestions?

  I’m assuming you are talking about a different blog than the one linked to your username, http://yardloverblog.wordpress.com/ .

  Because you have no posts. You deleted the hello world post and there is nothing for wordpress to display.

  It now resides on my domain http://yardlovertimes.com/
  The list of posts shows in the right hand column, but aren’t on the page.

  Sorry, you are in the wrong forum and need to head over to http://wordpress.ORG/support/ as that is where self-hosted wordpress blogs using the software from wordpress.ORG are supported.

  And by the way, this is what I’m seeing in the recent posts widget in your sidebar:

  Get The Best Out Of Your Firewood
  Tree Stump Removal
  Wet ‘N Forget
  Planting Bulbs for Spring Color
  Poison Ivy

  And that is what I’m seeing in your main blog area also.

  Have you tried clearing your browser cache and looking at it again?
