Why does my home slider show up on every page?

  My home slider shows up on every page. How do I get it to just show up on the front page and not every single page above the featured image? I still want the featured image to show on each page but the home slider to be only on the front page of my blog.

  Hi there, have you switched themes or made any changes since you posted this?
