Why Does My Name, E-mail and Website Show When I Add It To A Contact Form?
-
I want to add a contact form to a post but my name, e-mail and website show but don’t show before updating or publishing. Is this suppose to happen. I’m just asking for some advice. This is for both of my blogs CRYSTAL’S PHOTO-BLOGGING SITE and WELCOME TO CRYSTAL’S SITE(ORIGINALLY COUNTRY LIVING) .
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi, It’s the same for everyone who views a site while logged into WordPress.com, it will auto add your own details in case you wish to use the form. Only you will see your details, nobody else will see it! (try in an incognito web browser window to check yourself!)
See this link https://en.support.wordpress.com/forms/contact-form/#auto-populated-information-in-contact-forms at bottom of page where it details what you have noticed.
Hope that reassures you!

So if I understand you right, I will only see my information and to anyone else it will appear empty-right?

If the person looking at the contact form is not logged in to WordPressdotcom, the spaces in the contact form will be empty.
If the person looking at the contact form is already logged in to their own WordPressdotcom account, they will see the form pre-filled with their own information.
