Why does my new domain name not show up on search engines ?

I changed my blog’s url from wordpress.com to .co.uk and now it doesn’t show on search engines

Hi there,
It looks like you made that change recently (6/26/14). It can take a bit of time for your blog to be re-indexed by search engines at the new address. Unfortunately, we have no control over when that happens. Each time you post something new to your blog, we ping search engines so the results are up-to-date. As far as a change of address goes, the search engines should update within the next 1-2 weeks!
