why does my profile, about you information not get saved?

    How do I save my about you profile
    users>my profile>about you>update profile = everything entered DISAPPEARS !
    I have entered the same info 3 times, why does it not save and where does it disappear to?

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hi Carl, forgive me if you’ve already done this, but please make sure that you click the blue “Update Profile” button, because the fields do not save automatically.

    I tested it to make sure it is working, and it does work for me, but please let me know you’re clicking the button and it still isn’t saving.
