Why Does My Reader just show 0

  For the past couple of days, when I log in on my laptop, the Reader just shows the numeral 0 without displaying any posts.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  I’ve taken a look at your site but I could not see the problem you are referring to. I saw posts in your reader as yo would expect Perhaps you could try a few things for me?

  – Can you replicate the problem by using a different browser? For example, if the problem was in Internet Explorer, do you see the same problem if you use Google Chrome?

  – Can you replicate the problem by using a different computer? Another computer you may have, for example.

  Any additional information you could give would be a great help. Happy to assist you from there.

  I’ve learned in the last couple of days that the problem only exists on Firefox. I can access the Reader on the app on my IPhone and I can access the reader on IE. Since my laptop is the only computer I have that utilizes Firefox, I’m not in a position at the moment to try another computer with Firefox.

  I tried FF on my end (version 27.0.1 for Mac) and everything was appearing correctly.

  

  One thing you may want to try is disabling any extensions you have added in FF to see if there may be any conflicts. You can also try clearing out your browser’s cache and cookies to see if that solves the issue.
