Why does my site keep going down?

Hello can you tell me when in the last week I keep getting messages that my site goes down and than come back up in any where between 4 min to an hour. It’s been doing it every day for almost 2 weeks now.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Your site isn’t here on WordPress.com servers. It is over there on GoDaddy servers so perhaps you should be asking them?

Hi there,
You’re speaking of the Monitor feature of the Jetpack plugin. When you have that active, Monitor checks your site every five minutes, and if it doesn’t get a response from your site, it sends you that notification so you can check with your host why your site is offline.
Trying to view your site now it took almost two minutes for me to load, so I’d say something is definitely wrong on your host’s end – that’ll be GoDaddy. So I suggest you contact them so they can check into this.
